Japan's ANA All Nippon Airways was a repeat winner of this prestigious award, being named by customers as the Best Airline in the world for it's Quality of Airport Services in 2016 (provided at Tokyo Haneda and Narita airports). The results highlight the success and dominance that Asian carriers enjoy in this category.
The Award for the world's Best Airport Services recognises the airlines that customers have ranked as best for the Quality of airport staff services and general airport product facilities. This covers all types
of travel for passenger departures, arrivals and transit. The accolade reflects the standards an airline provides at it's home base airport, and assesses staff service from both attitudinal and efficiency aspects.
