ANA All Nippon Airways continues its success at the World Airline Awards, winning the award for the World's Best Airport Services in 2025, with Japan Airlines in 2nd place and EVA Air in third place.
The Award evaluates customer satisfaction with an airline's staff service at its hub airport, including ticketing, check-in, lounges, boarding, transfer and arrivals processes.
