Qatar Airways wins the top Award for the World’s Best Business Class Airline 2024. The World’s Top 5 Business Class Airlines 2024 include Singapore Airlines (2nd), ANA All Nippon Airways (3rd), Emirates (4th) and Cathay Pacific Airways (5th).
Commenting on this achievement, Engr. Qatar Airways also took home the Award for the World’s Best Business Class Airline Seat 2024 with the Qsuite. The Top 5 Business Class Airline Seats 2024 include ANA All Nippon Airways (2nd), STARLUX Airlines (3rd), Singapore Airlines (4th) and Delta Air Lines (5th).
Qatar Airways’ new Al Mourjan Business Lounge – The Garden, at Hamad International Airport was named the World’s Best Business Class Lounge 2024. The Top 5 Business Class Lounges 2024 include the Singapore Airlines Lounge at Changi Airport (2nd), the Virgin Atlantic Lounge at Heathrow Airport (3rd), the United Airlines Lounge at Washington Dulles International Airport (4th) and the Air Canada Lounge at Toronto Pearson International Airport (5th).
Turkish Airlines was voted the World’s Best Business Class Onboard Catering 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Business Class Onboard Catering were Qatar Airways (2nd), Singapore Airlines (3rd), Hainan Airlines (4th) and ANA All Nippon Airways (5th).

The Air Canada Lounge at Toronto Pearson International Airport was named the World’s Best Business Class Airline Lounge Catering 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Business Class Airline Lounge Catering include the Qatar Airways Al Mourjan Lounge at Hamad International Airport (2nd), the Singapore Airlines Lounge at Changi Airport (3rd), the Virgin Atlantic Lounge at Heathrow Airport (4th) and the Turkish Airlines Lounge at Istanbul Airport (5th).

About the 2024 World Airline Awards
The World Airline Awards are independent and impartial, introduced in 1999 to provide a customer satisfaction study that was truly global. Travellers across the world vote in the largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to determine the award winners.
All costs of the Survey and Awards event are paid by Skytrax, and airlines do not pay any entry or registration fee. There are no charges for use of the Award logos and results.
The online customer survey operated from September 2023 to May 2024. The customer survey is provided in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. Over 100 customer nationalities participated in the 2023/2024 survey. Survey entries are screened to identify IP and user information, with all duplicate, suspect or ineligible entries deleted. More than 350 airlines are featured in the final Award results.
