ANA All Nippon Airways continues its success in the World Airline Awards, winning the top award for the World's Best Airport Services in 2026, with Malaysia Airlines in second place and Japan Airlines in third position.
The Award evaluates customer satisfaction with an airline's staff service at its hub airport, including ticketing, check-in, lounges, boarding, transfer and arrivals processes.
