The Award winners are selected by the airline industry's most important audience ..... it's customers. More than 16.2 million travellers participated in the Survey over an 8 month period
with over 97 different passenger nationalities taking part. It is not difficult to see why the SKYTRAX World Airline Awards™ are so highly regarded, recognised and quoted across the globe

techniques, that not only lack objectivity but are now seen in the industry for what they really are - self serving, profit driven, pay-as-you-go airline awards!
