ANA All Nippon Airways win Staff
Service Excellence Award for Asia |

ANA All Nippon Airways Airways was named winner of the Airline Staff Service
Excellence Asia award at the 2011 World Airline Awards, in a ceremony held in the French Air and Space Museum at the Paris Air Show.
The runners-up in the Airline Staff Service Excellence Asia category are Asiana Airlines taking 2nd place in the category, ahead of
Malaysia Airlines in 3rd position.

All Nippon Airways is one of the largest airlines in Japan. Its main domestic hubs are at Tokyo
International Airport, Osaka International Airport, Chubu Centrair International Airport (near
Nagoya), and New Chitose Airport (near Sapporo). It operates services to 49 destinations in
Japan and 35 international routes In addition to its mainline operations, ANA controls several
subsidiary passenger carriers, including its regional airline, Air Nippon, charter carrier, Air
