British Airways wins top award for the Best Business Class Airline Lounge |
|
|
British Airways Galleries Lounges at Terminal 5, London Heathrow Airport has been named winner of the World's Best Business Class Airline Lounge for
customer Product and Service Quality at the 2011 World Airline Awards, in a ceremony held in the French Air and Space Museum at the Paris Air Show.
The runners-up in this Best Business Class Airline Lounge category are former winning airline, Virgin Atlantic Airways taking 2nd place for their Business Class lounge at
London Heathrow Airport, ahead of Cathay Pacific Airways lounges at Hong Kong Int'l Airport, ranked in 3rd position.

British Airways is the flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom with its main hub at London
Heathrow Airport, a second hub at Gatwick Airport and a third hub, served through its fully

Thai Airways operates out of Suvarnabhumi Airport, and flies to 72 destinations in 35
countries, using a fleet of 85 aircraft. Thai Airways is one of the few airlines with a uniform
change policy. International female flight attendants are required to change from their
corporate purple suits (for use outside the cabin) into their traditional Thai dress prior to
the general boarding of passengers.

located at Hong Kong International Airport. The airline's operations include scheduled
