Etihad Airways moved into top position in this fiercely competed Award category, just inching last year's winner,
Singapore Airlines, into 2nd position, with Virgin Atlantic in 3rd place.
"The competition in this survey category has become closer in recent years" said Edward Plaisted of Skytrax, "and
this was well underlined by the fact that the top 2 airlines were alternating between 1st and 2nd places during the
past 3 weeks of the 8 month long survey".
