The Gulf Air "Sky Chefs" have clearly been serving up some mouthwatering meals in their First Class
cabin, as the airline is a repeat winner of the prestigious Best First Class catering award.
In Business class, the honours are enjoyed by Austrian, whose long-haul Business Class catering
was named Worlds' Best - clearly helped by the presence onboard their long-haul flights of
a specialist chef for this business class cabin.
Whilst many customers bemoan catering standards, this year's survey served as a contradiction to such
comments, with a wide range of airlines praised for the standard of their Economy class meals. The
winner of the Best Economy class catering award being Etihad Airways.
