Travellers from across the globe take part in the world’s largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to decide award winners, and Skytrax seek to deliver a transparent survey and Awards process. Key elements of the World Airline Awards promise include:
The Customer survey is not restricted to member airlines or a pre-selected choice of airlines. Any airline in the world can be nominated in the survey.
There is no membership subscription, registration or any charge for an airline to be included in the survey.
There is no third party survey involvement or sponsorship of the Survey process.
There is no charge for airlines (or anyone else) to attend the World Airline Awards ceremony.
There is no third party involvement in Awards data assessment, the winners being voted for directly by customers.
The Customer survey is not connected to any type of trade association.
